What Others Are Saying
John A. Kaiser writes: "Tracker 2006-16: Western Troy to benefit from the long awaited MolyMania. Blue Pearl's acquisition of Thompson Creek Mining Company signals that the conditions are finally right for MolyMania to kick in and do justice to the juniors which have acquired molybdenum projects."
PROJECT TO ESTABLISH THE ALBANEL-TÉMISCAMIE-OTISH PARK - Public Hearings : Several mineral resources exist in the Otish Mountain sector. It is obvious that the economics of various projects would change radically if there were to be road access in the sector. This is the case for the old Eastmain gold mine, which is unlikely to be reopened without road access. The other interesting mineral resources in the sector include identified magnesium resources at Lac Indicateur, copper and molybdenum resources at MacLeod Lake, the “L” uranium deposit mentioned by Serge Genest, and possible discoveries of gold, copper and zinc in the prolific Eastmain band volcano-sedimentary strip.
